Tax Freedom Day 2019 (or How Many Days do you Need to Work for the IRS Every Year?)

OK- so this is a bit offensive!  According to the Tax Foundation, the average American will need to work until April 16, 2019, to pay off all taxes owed for 2019.  And it makes a big, big difference on where you actually reside.  For instance, the best tax state (Alaska) has a Tax Freedom date of March 25, while the worst tax state (New York) is May 3.
